KYC Requirements
All users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before accessing wallet features. This includes submitting a government-issued ID and a live selfie. We verify identity to ensure the platform is not used for illicit purposes.
Transaction Monitoring
All transactions on the platform are monitored for suspicious activity, including:
- Unusually large or frequent deposits/withdrawals
- Patterns inconsistent with declared purpose of account
- Transfers to high-risk jurisdictions
- Requests to split large transactions into smaller ones
Reporting Obligations
We are legally required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Users found engaging in suspicious activity may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.
Record Keeping
We retain records of all transactions and KYC documentation for the period required by applicable law (typically 5 years).
Prohibited Sources of Funds
You must not deposit funds derived from:
- Drug trafficking or other criminal enterprises
- Tax evasion
- Bribery or corruption
- Terrorism financing
- Proceeds of any fraud
Account Freezing
We reserve the right to freeze accounts and hold funds pending AML investigations. Cooperation with such investigations may be required for account reinstatement.
