After completing KYC verification, go to Wallet → Deposit and select your currency. You'll see the admin's wallet address or bank details. Send funds off-platform and click "I've sent this deposit" to notify us. Admin will confirm and credit your balance.

KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved or if additional documents are needed.

We support BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, XRP, SOL for crypto, plus a fiat currency defined by the platform administrator.

Swaps are processed at the current platform exchange rates. When you swap, funds are instantly deducted from your source wallet and credited to your destination wallet. No external exchange is used — all swaps happen within the platform.

Go to Wallet → Withdraw, enter your amount and destination address or bank details, and submit a request. Admin will review and process the withdrawal, then deduct it from your balance.

All accounts are KYC-verified. We maintain strict security practices including encrypted storage and AML compliance. Deposits to the platform are transferred to admin-controlled accounts.
